What the job's really like
No two days are the same, but this is the shape of it. If reading this makes you think "I could do that," you probably can.
Breakfast, uniforms, getting everyone to school on time, the same as any parent would.
A proper meal together, homework, and being there while they tell you about their day.
Some days a child struggles with something they can't put into words. You stay steady and kind.
Activities, a film, a calm bedtime routine, then writing up the day's records before your shift ends.
The roles & pay
Competitive hourly rates, plus a sleep-in allowance. Full training given, and unqualified positions are available.
Sleep-in allowance: £70 per sleep. Registered Manager roles also available (Level 5 Diploma).
